Every piece ships free, insured and signed for, with your signed Agreement folded inside.
When it ships
Each piece is checked, wrapped by hand and shipped within 3 business days of your order. We email you a tracking link when it leaves the studio.

Every parcel needs a signature on delivery. Outside Canada, import duties and taxes are charged by your country's customs and are paid by you on delivery.
Your contract travels with it
A printed copy of your signed Agreement of Singularity is folded inside the parcel. You can also save a copy as a PDF straight after checkout.
Returns
You can return a piece within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. It must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, and sent back with its printed Agreement.
- Email us your order number and we will send you a free, insured return label.
- We refund your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the piece.
What happens to a returned piece
Your Agreement is cancelled and your initials are removed from the Tomb. The piece goes back on sale with a new Agreement, signed again by the Maker. Its pattern has already been destroyed, so it still can never be made again.
If something is wrong
If your piece arrives damaged or is not what we described, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Because there is no second piece to send, we will either repair it at no cost or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel any time before your piece ships, for a full refund. Your statutory cancellation rights, including those under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002, always apply. See our Terms of Service.
